Terms of Service for Podgenie AI

Welcome to Podgenie AI. By accessing or using the Podgenie AI mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Podgenie AI allows users to generate podcast episodes using AI-generated voices based on text or file inputs. The App is intended for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized by us.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the legal age of digital consent in your country to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content (text, prompts, documents) you upload to the App. You also retain full rights to the AI-generated audio outputs created from your inputs. Podgenie AI does not claim any rights over your generated content.

4. Subscription and Payments

Podgenie AI is available via paid subscription plans (weekly and yearly). Subscriptions are billed through your respective app store and are subject to their billing terms. Refunds must be requested directly through the relevant store. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your app store settings.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations;
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights;
  • Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App’s functionality.

There are currently no restrictions on the nature of content users may generate using the App.

6. AI Voice Technology

The App uses the “Kokoro” text-to-speech model, accessed via Replicate (https://replicate.com/jaaari/kokoro-82m). This model is provided under separate terms, and you agree to use the generated voices responsibly.

7. User-Generated Content

Generated podcast content is stored only on your device. There are no in-app community or sharing features, and all distribution is handled by the user outside the App.

8. Analytics and Monitoring

Podgenie AI uses third-party SDKs and analytics tools, including Adapty, Appsflyer, and services provided via Google Play and Apple App Store, to track subscription events, performance metrics, and crash diagnostics.

9. Advertising

The App may include advertisements provided by third-party networks including but not limited to Meta and.

10. Termination and Service Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any updates or modifications.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podgenie AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
